Member forum The Biden administration yesterday asked a federal court for a do-over on former President Trump's overhaul of the National Environmental Policy Act implementing rules. In a motion filed yesterday evening, lawyers for President Biden's Justice Department asked the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia to remand the Trump rule to the Council on Environmental Quality.
