Membership Categories

General Member, $36 annually

Professionals working in environmental-related fields, including:

  • Environmental managers, consultants, educators
  • Regulators, attorneys
  • Vendors, suppliers, technicians, activists
Benefits:
  • Full voting rights
  • Eligible to serve on committees and hold board positions

Government Employee Member, $24 annually

Available to individuals employed by federal, state, tribal, or local government agencies who work in or support the environmental profession.

Benefits:

  • Access to all General Member benefits, including voting rights and eligibility to serve on committees and hold board positions (must meet General Member criteria)

​Student Member, $12 annually

Individuals enrolled in an accredited college/university in an environmental field.

Benefits:

  • Access to all General Member benefits, except voting rights
  • Opportunities to engage with the environmental professional community, including serving on committees and participating in chapter activities
Restrictions:
  • No voting rights
  • Cannot serve as a board member or hold voting positions

​Corporate/Agency Membership, $150 annually

Available to:

  • Corporations
  • Government Agencies
  • Partnerships, NGOs, and other relevant entities
Includes:
  • Up to five (5) affiliated members (must meet General Member criteria)
  • One (1) designated voting representative

Voting:

  • One vote per organization
  • The corporation/agency must designate one (1) voting representative, who will serve as the primary contact and must qualify as a General Member
Additional Benefits:
  • Company logo displayed on IdAEP website (priority placement)
  • Ability to post job announcements on the IdAEP website and in the IdAEP bi-weekly newsletter
  • Opportunity to promote affiliation with IdAEP to attract talent and demonstrate commitment to NAEP Code of Ethics and environmental leadership

ABOUT ASSOCIATION

The Idaho Association of Environmental Professionals (IdAEP) aims to be a place for multi-disciplinary environmental professionals from the greater Idaho area to connect, learn and grow. Our membership is made up of both private and public sector professionals seeking a venue for growth within the environmental profession.
