The IdAEP Board would like to share a training opportunity from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) related to rare plant survey protocols.

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is using this training to help meet Ute Ladies’-tresses (ULT) protocol-level survey qualification requirements.

To fulfill surveyor training requirements, participants are asked to watch the recorded webinar and participate in a one-hour live Q&A session. Please register using the linked form to receive your invitation to the live Q&A and to help USFWS track and confirm completion. USFWS will host a live Q&A session on April 3 at 11am (MST).

1. Access the recorded webinar through this link: 2023 Rare Plant Survey Training Recording

2. Please confirm your training and register for the Q&A here: Registration

Please feel free to share this opportunity with colleagues who may be interested.
