Register for NAEP’s 2025 Project Management Workshop Series, designed for NEPA specialists and consultants ready to take their skills to the next level. This four-part virtual training (around eight hours total) goes beyond procedural guidance to focus on real-world project management strategies that help meet the new one-year EA and two-year EIS timeline requirements. Learn how to lead efficient, compliant NEPA projects with proven tools for planning, coordination, and team leadership.

Each module will be 2–3 hours long and will include a combination of presentation, instructor/student interactions, pre-readings, and exercises.
