NEPA Practice Working Group ... 

The NAEP NEPA Practice will meet Wednesday, February 9 at 2:30 PM eastern, 11:30 AM Pacific. The agenda items include some interesting recent court rulings and the ongoing controversy over the US Postal Service's plan and FEIS for replacing its delivery vehicle fleet. The meeting agenda and a document relevant to the USPS FEIS are attached. As always, I welcome any additional agenda items you wish to discuss.
